Double Tomato Bruschetta

4 On the Vine Tomatoes
1/2 c. sun dried tomatoes, packed in oil, chopped
3 cloves peeled garlic, chopped
1/4 c Sciabica's Basil Olive Oil
2 tbsp blasamic vinegar
1/4 c fresh basil, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
4 oz herba nd garlic goats chevre
1 loaf baguette bread, sliced
1 c freshly grated Parmesan Cheese

Preheat oven to broiler setting. In a large bowl combine first 7 ingredients. Mix well and allow to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes. Meanwhile blend the cream cheese and the goats chevre together in a bowl. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet in a single layer. Broil for about 2 minutes, until slightly brown. Remove from oven and spread the cheese mix on each bread slice. Top with 1 tbsp. tomato mix and a little Parmesan cheese. Return to the broiler for about 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
