Balsamic Strawberries
1/2 lbs strawberries, washed, topped and sliced
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Combine sugar and vinegar, until sugar is disolved. Pour over strawberries and cover. Marinate for at least an hour. Serve over ice cream or angel food cake!

We had the opportunity to eat these at a party.. I must say they are an exciting new twist to a summer favorite! If you are hesitant to try, don't be, the combination is surprisingly refreshing.
