Roasted Asparagus

2 lbs fresh asparagus, washed with 1/3 of stem removed
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper

Preheat Oven to 450 degrees. Toss the asparagus in the oil and seasonings. Arrange on a cookie sheet so all the steams are flat. Bake for about 12 minutes or until the asparagus is tender crisp. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
